Paul has practiced law for over twenty years. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH; a Master’s degree in Philosophy from Goddard College, Plainfield, Vermont; a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, com laude, from the University of New Hampshire; and attended Saint Mary's Seminary and University in Baltimore, MD.

Prior to beginning a solo practice in Dover, NH, Paul was a secondary school teacher for seven years and Principal of Saint Thomas Aquinas High School, Dover, NH for three years.

Paul has served as chairperson of the legal studies department of McIntosh College, and adjunct/lecturer in law at Hesser College; New Hampshire Banking Continuing Education Program; and Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH. In addition to past full time education positions, Paul served as part-time instructor of law for Lambers CPA Preparation Program in Maine and New Hampshire.

Paul’s law practice is located in the Bayside Village Professional Building in Wolfeboro, NH, and he also has an office in Dover, NH.
